PAYMENTS

  • All monthly customers are to pay via direct debit (GoCardless) using the link provided on the starter pack email from Blue Ribbon Bin Cleaning Ltd.

CANCELLATION

  • All cancellations must be in writing by email or SMS to us. Customers who wish to cancel must receive a minimum of 12 cleans over a 12 month period, if 12 cleans are not reached within 12 months, cancellation cannot occur until the 12th clean is completed. Customers must email / SMS to notify us of their intentions to cancel. Any pending amount on the customers bin cleaning account must be paid within 14 days of the cancellation date to avoid additional charges.

  • All customers are protected by the consumer rights act where they have the right to a 14 day cooling off period providing that the service has not yet been carried out.

ACCESS TO WHEELIE BIN FOR CLEANING

  • We kindly ask customers to leave their bins out after collection, in order to ensure easy access for our cleaners. You will have been made aware if your bins are scheduled to be cleaned on the day of collection or the morning after. If it’s the latter, please leave bins out at the front overnight.

  • Common sense will of course be applied, our cleaners can happily retrieve bins from the side of a customers address / knock on the door if they cannot see the bins. If bins are not accessible and nobody is in, your bin will not be cleaned but you will still be charged.

NOT SATISFIED WITH BIN CLEAN

  • If the customer is not happy with the bin clean and the results are not desirable, the customer agrees to send a picture, clearly showing the front and inside of the bin within 24 hours of receiving the bin clean. The customer then agrees that we can then arrange a date for either the bin to be re-cleaned or we will issue you a refund for that bin cleaning cycle. Any complaint past 24 hours will void any refund or re-clean.
